Terms of use

Last updated: 30 October 2026

By using the Esnad platform (esnad-platform-seven.vercel.app) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

This is a translation of the Arabic version. In case of any conflict, the Arabic version prevails.

1. Nature of the content

The platform is a professional knowledge library. Its books, articles, rulings, standards, courses and templates are provided for knowledge and learning. They are not binding financial, legal or Sharia advice, and they do not replace the official text of the issuing body or a specialist who knows your situation. The professional decision and its responsibility remain yours.

2. Intellectual property and permitted use

  • The rights to the founder’s works (including the Guide to Internal Control and Internal Auditing) are reserved to him. You may download, read and print them for your personal use or within your organisation, and quote from them with attribution. You may not sell, republish or modify them, or remove their attribution.
  • Regulatory texts and standards that are reproduced remain the property of their issuing bodies, and are shown on the platform with their source and link; the official reference prevails in case of any difference.
  • Templates (Excel and others) may be used freely within your organisation, and may not be redistributed as a standalone product.
  • The Esnad name, logo and visual identity are reserved and may not be used in a way that suggests partnership or endorsement.

3. Accuracy and updates

We exercise professional care in attributing every item to its source, date and binding level, and we show the date it was last verified. Regulations and standards may still change after publication; check the version in force before relying on it. If you find an error, tell us through the “Report a source error” button or at info@akamco.sa.

4. What is not permitted

  • Heavy automated crawling, or wholesale republication of the content beyond what the robots file and section 2 allow.
  • Attempting to access the administration panel or data that is not publicly available.
  • Entering incorrect data, or an email address you do not own, in the forms.

5. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times, and do not guarantee that it is free of interruption or error. The platform and its content are provided as they are, and we accept no liability for any loss resulting from reliance on knowledge content without referring to its official source or to a specialist.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continuing to use the platform after publication means you accept the updated version. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
